VIVOCloud Terms of Use

Welcome to VIVOCloud (“Services”). VIVOCloud provides remote access to your VIVOTEK device and relative application. Before using the Services, you have to agree to the following terms of use.

VIVOCloud Account

You need to register a VIVOCloud account to use our Services. VIVOCloud account requires a valid email address and a customized password. Please keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your VIVOCloud account.


VIVOCloud is not intended for and should not be used by anyone under the age of 16. You must ensure that you are over 16 years old when you register a VIVOCloud account.

Using VIVOCloud

Do not misuse our Services. You may use our Services only as permitted by law and preserve your VIVOCloud device in rational access frequency. Do not interfere with our Services or use VIVOCloud in any illegal purpose. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms, or if we are investigating any suspected misconduct.


To preserve the rights of all VIVOCloud users, and prevent potential illegal behaviors, we may also suspend partial functions of our Services to you and notify you to check your account status or device status. For example, we might suspend your device push notification function when we detect unreasonable request frequency.

About the Terms

We may modify these terms to reflect law change or service update. We will notice all VIVOCloud users about the terms change by email. Please make sure the email address you use to register VIVOCloud is valid.


If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue to use VIVOCloud services and request us to delete your VIVOCloud account.
